David Strempel
has worked for and advised some of the world’s leading multinationals both in Europe and the United States and has a long history of experience with small & medium-sized capital transactions. Before founding Strempel & Partners, he was Co-owner and Managing Director of Informed Sources Ltd., a high-level corporate strategy firm sold in 2002 to Mercer Management Consulting (part of the Marsh & McLennan Group). He joined Informed Sources from America Online (AOL) in the UK where he was head of finance and operations. Prior to AOL, he worked five years for Bertelsmann during which time he helped launch and run BMG’s video games division (later merged with Take 2 Interactive) and was head of strategy for BMG International. David is a qualified accountant (CPA) and began his career in 1982 with KPMG in Frankfurt. He later joined Price Waterhouse working as a Manager both in their Milan and New York offices. Following Price Waterhouse, he joined AWT, Inc. (Veolia Environnement) as Group Controller. He is able to conduct business in his native English, Italian and German.
Andrea Cocirio
has in-depth experience in carrying out company valuations as well as providing strategic, financial and fiscal advisory support to both large and medium sized businesses. In this capacity, he holds the roles of statutory auditor, liquidator, and chairman in a number of joint-stock companies. Andrea has sector expertise within the electricity and toll-highway industries. After graduating in Political Science, he began his career with a leading legal and fiscal advisory firm. He subsequently worked for an intenational auditing firm and gained the qualification of Chartered Accountant in Italy.
Davide Ferrero
has in-depth experience in transaction services including carrying out company valuations, mergers and acquisitions in both national and cross-border settings. He also has experience in strategic and business planning including the development and implementation of value creation initiatives. Davide has gained expertise within a variety of sectors including oil trading, transport, real estate and train manufacturing. After graduating in Business Administration, he gained the qualification of Chartered Accountant in Italy and worked for an international auditing and consulting firm as well as a leading legal and fiscal advisory firm. He later earned an Executive Master in Corporate Finance & Banking at SDA Bocconi.

Massimo Bianchi
has over 30 years of experience in executive and financial management having held CEO and COO roles for companies of varying sizes active in diverse sectors. Massimo’s professional career began within the Italian subsidiaries of leading multinationals such as Continental Oil Company (CONOCO) and Grace. Massimo was later to apply his Anglo-Saxon foundation within Italian companies such as Gaggia SpA (coffee making machines) where he was the Chief Operating Officer for 10 years, after having been its Chief Administrative Officer. His financial advisory experience includes having directly participated in corporate restructurings, start-ups and leveraged buyouts. Massimo also has sector expertise within telecoms, IT and services. He also serves as a director with a holding company active in plastics, machinery and real estate. Massimo is able to conduct business in his native Italian as well as English and French.
Raffaele Maggio
has in-depth automotive sector expertise having previously headed FIAT’s financial relations with governmental agencies. His career with FIAT spanned over 30 years through early 2006. Mr. Maggio began his career with FIAT in 1973 within its finance department and in 1980 led the creation of a unit specialised in attracting government incentives, ultimately becoming Vice President. In this role he was responsible for identifying within the FIAT Group those entities and projects best suited for receiving incentives. Managing the entire incentive process from start to finish - within FIAT as well as the respective financial institutions and governmental entities (regional, national and EU) - he played a determining role in the substantial funding the FIAT Group received from these sources during his tenure.
Alberto Parisi Presicce
is a finance professional with extensive international equity experience with private as well as public companies and has advised several SMEs with their IPOs on the London market. Alberto began his career as an Equity Analyst for ABN Amro in London, where he was part of the Pan-European Transport Equity Research Team. In 2003 he joined Market Capital, an Anglo-Italian investment banking boutique in Milan, where he advanced to the position of Head of Corporate Finance and followed several transactions, from advisory for IPOs (including the first ever IPO of an Italian company in London), private placements, LBOs and M&A transactions. Alberto graduated with Distinction in Political Science from the "La Sapienza" University of Rome in 1998. He gained an MSc in Finance with Distinction from Cass Business School in London in 2000. Alberto is qualified as a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) and is a member of the Italian CFA Society. Alberto is fluent in both English and his native Italian.

Daniele Liberanome
has a long experience in business development in a variety of different sectors. Most recently he was the Business and Product Development Director for a company that delivered art advisory services to banks and insurance companies, where he was responsible for relationships with some of the world’s leading institutions in this sector. Before this he was focused on introducing industrial companies, especially in the automotive sector, into new markets. During the mid ‘90s he was particularly active in China where he created two large joint ventures between Piaggio (a world-leading scooter manufacturer based in Italy) and local Chinese partners. He also spent years in Israel on behalf of FIAT, where he managed the relationship between the parent company and the local franchiser. Daniele is able to conduct business in Italian, Hebrew, English and French.
Matteo Pontello
has in-depth experience in financial markets having worked for some of Europe’s leading banks. He was a Client Advisor, with increasing levels of responsibility, for Private and Corporate clients on behalf of UBS and Barclays Bank, dealing with portfolio optimization, derivative structuring, financial planning, tax and inheritance issues. At the beginning of his career he focused on derivatives trading and on capital markets, in UniCredit Banca Mobiliare and Banca AntonVeneta, where he was Head of trading for foreign exchange derivative trading on the Italian secondary market and equity derivatives for the Dax 30 in the German market in Stuttgart. Matteo graduated with maximum grades at Bocconi University in Milan in the Economics of Markets and Financial Institutions and is able to carry out his activities in Italian and English.
